Archive it for everyone.

## Example

Needs `threads:write`. The thread leaves the inbox for the archive for everyone on the workspace, and `doneBy` and `doneAt` say who marked it done and when. Answers with the assignment.

> A key acts for the workspace owner. A key limited to particular addresses or domains reaches only the threads that arrived at them, and any other thread is a 404.
