# Ask your inbox

A chat that can act, not just answer. On every plan, Free included.

## Details

- ⌘0 opens and closes it, and it takes over both panels rather than sitting beside them: the conversation list on the left, the assistant on the right. The split stays resizable, and no mail is visible while it is open.
- It can do most of what the app does: find and read mail, summarise and label it, archive, file and delete it, draft and send replies, and work with contacts, audiences, templates, domains, rules and settings. It reaches them through the same tools as the MCP server, about three hundred of them, loaded as the conversation needs them, and it can search the web and read a page when the answer is not in your mailbox.
- AI actions are counted per day against your plan (10 on Free, 50 on Starter, 150 on Business, 300 on Enterprise).
- The conversation list searches titles and sorts by newest, oldest or title, and a conversation can be renamed or deleted. It loads the next page as you scroll, so every conversation stays reachable however many there are.
- It asks before it acts. Sending, replying, deleting for good, removing labels, contacts, templates or domains, and changes to billing always wait for you to approve a card, and moving mail to the bin or archiving waits whenever the assistant proposes it on its own.
- It belongs to the workspace owner, because it acts on the whole mailbox. Its conversations are kept per workspace, with their messages encrypted at rest, and go when the workspace does.
- Each message you send it spends one AI action, and each web search one more, counted per workspace and reset at midnight UTC. Elsewhere in the app a launcher opens it as a panel beside the page, and Open in chat on a conversation starts a chat about it.
- It also works in the outside apps you connect under Connectors, such as Slack, Notion or Google Drive. It looks things up there straight away, and shows a card for you to approve before it changes anything in them.
