{{companyName}}

Nearly time to go

Your trip to {{destination}} starts soon. Here is when and where it begins.

{{departureMonth}}

{{departureDay}}

Departs {{departureTime}}

{{departurePlace}}

Before you leave, check you have these with you. A missing document is far easier to sort out now than at the airport.

It must be valid for the whole trip, and some countries want six months left on it when you arrive.

Visa or entry permit

Check the entry rules for your destination and nationality before you go.

Travel insurance

Your policy number and the emergency phone line, saved on your phone.

Booking confirmations

Your booking reference is {{bookingReference}}. Keep it to hand for check-in and the hotel.

View your trip [{{tripUrl}}]

While you are away

If anything goes wrong on the trip, call us on {{emergencyPhone}}. Until then, reply to this email with any questions.

You are receiving this because you have a trip booked with {{companyName}}.

About

## When to send it

Send it a few days before a trip begins. A date tile shows when and where it starts and a checklist covers the documents to pack. A box at the end gives the number to call while away.

11 values to fill
