Tools

# Free tools for people who run their own mail.

No account, no email capture, and no report held back until you book a call. Each one answers in a single screen and shows its working.

## AI email template generator

Describe an email in a sentence, attach a logo or a brief, and get an editable React Email template you can publish and send.

- **Reads**
Your description and up to four files: a logo, photos, a PDF brief or a text file.
- **Gives you**
An ordinary template made of React Email blocks, saved as a draft you can rewrite, restyle or rearrange.
- **Costs you**
An account, because the template is saved to your workspace. Your description and files come with you when you sign in.

## Email deliverability checker

A domain’s SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI and MX read from live DNS, with the SPF lookup count you have left.

- **Reads**
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI and MX from live DNS, so you see what a receiving server sees rather than what a record was meant to say.
- **The SPF count**
SPF allows ten DNS lookups. Every include, a, mx and redirect spends one, and going over stops the record evaluating, which fails silently. The headroom is shown as a number.
- **Costs you**
A domain name. No account, no verification email, and no report held back until you book a call.

## BIMI logo checker

Read a domain or an email address and see the BIMI record, the logo it points at, and why an inbox is not drawing it.

- **Shows you**
The published record, the logo drawn as the file itself rather than a screenshot, whether a Verified Mark Certificate backs it, and the DMARC policy underneath.
- **The usual answer**
A logo that will not appear is nearly always DMARC below p=quarantine, a missing a= authority, or an SVG the spec does not allow. Each is named rather than scored.
- **Costs you**
A domain or an email address. The logo is fetched and stripped of scripts and remote references before it is ever drawn.

## Email address checker

Type an email address and see whether it is written correctly, whether its domain takes mail, and whether it is a throwaway or shared mailbox.

- **Checks**
The syntax, the mail servers of the domain, throwaway domains, shared addresses such as info@, and likely typos such as gmial.com, with a correction.
- **Never does**
Send anything to the address or connect to its mailbox. Its owner never finds out it was checked.
- **Costs you**
An email address. Nothing is stored.

## Temporary email address

A throwaway inbox that takes real mail for an hour, with the tracking images stripped before you read it.

- **Gives you**
An address that works for an hour and takes real mail while it does, so a signup that wants a live inbox gets one and does not get yours.
- **Strips**
Tracking images, before the message renders. A throwaway address is mostly used for signups, and a confirmation email is the message most likely to carry a pixel.
- **Keeps**
Nothing. The inbox goes when the hour is up and there is no account to attach it to.

## DMARC record generator

Reads the record a domain publishes today, then builds the next one with a warning on every step that drops mail.

- **Reads**
What the domain publishes at \_dmarc today, then builds the next step from it. None becomes quarantine, quarantine becomes reject.
- **Warns on**
The five things that quietly drop mail: no rua address, a jump straight to p=reject, a pct below 100, any ruf at all, and strict adkim or aspf.
- **Leaves to you**
Publishing it. Nextmail writes MX, SPF and DKIM for a domain it hosts and deliberately not this one, because p=reject can quarantine somebody’s invoicing overnight.

## Email cost calculator

A year of per-seat mail for your team, priced against the same team per domain at every vendor’s list price.

- **Prices**
A year of mail for your team against every vendor on the comparison page, at each one’s published list price.
- **Shows**
The asymmetry, in the arithmetic rather than the copy: the mailboxes slope with headcount and the sending tools with volume. Ours steps with domains and sends, and a paid plan does not move when somebody joins.
- **Moves**
Volume, on every row that prices it: Resend and Mailchimp by their tiers, the mailboxes by the seats their sending caps need, and ours by plan.

## Team working hours

Set your own hours, add colleagues in other timezones, and see the window when everyone is working.

- **Reads**
Your timezone and hours, and a name, timezone and hours for each colleague you add.
- **Shows**
Each colleague's local time now, how their day overlaps yours, and the one window the whole team shares.
- **Keeps**
Nothing. The list lives in this tab and is gone when you close it.
