Sign in with Microsoft and your Outlook or Microsoft 365 mailbox is copied here, with its folders, contacts and calendars. Nextmail never sees your password, and the old mailbox is only read.

Choose its address
Add your domain here, or pick an address you already have. The mail is filed under it.

Sign in with Microsoft
Open Migrations, choose From a mailbox and Outlook, then Sign in with Microsoft and approve what it asks. The import starts when Microsoft sends you back to Nextmail.

Let it run
Inbox, Sent Items, Junk Email and Deleted Items land where they belong, and every other folder becomes a label. You can close the page while it runs.

Bring your address
On a domain of your own, publish the DNS records Nextmail lists. Keep an outlook.com address by connecting it in Addresses, and its new mail arrives here too.
