There is a place for you

Your request to join {{eventName}} has been approved. Confirm your place by {{confirmBy}} with the personal access code below.

{{eventMonth}}

{{eventDay}}

{{eventName}}

{{eventTime}}, {{venueName}}

Confirm your place [{{confirmUrl}}]

The code works once and only for you, so please do not share it. A place not confirmed by {{confirmBy}} goes to the next person waiting.

You are receiving this because you asked {{hostName}} for an invitation.

Shown with sample values. The HTML and plain-text tabs keep the placeholders.

About

When to send it

Send it when you approve a request and want the guest to confirm with a code that only works for them. It holds the code, the date and the venue, a confirm button and the deadline after which the place goes to someone else.
